1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using BooyahKoro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date at the top will change and continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
2. About BooyahKoro
BooyahKoro is a Free Fire tournament platform. We host matches with entry fees and prize pools, track results, missions and leaderboards, and handle deposits and withdrawals via bKash / Nagad. BooyahKoro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 13+ to register. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information (email, username). Keep your password confidential; do not share OTPs or PINs.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or bypass restrictions may lead to suspension.
- We may restrict, freeze or ban accounts that violate these Terms (see §9).
4. Tournaments & Entry
- Each match shows its mode, map, start time, entry fee, per-kill reward, prize distribution and slot count before you join.
- Entry fees are deducted from your balance (wallet + bonus). Bonus balance can be used to join matches but cannot be withdrawn.
- Slots are limited and first-come, first-served. If a match is full, you cannot join.
- Room ID and password are shown in-app (My Matches / ticker) for joined players only. Do not share them publicly.
- You are responsible for joining the room on time with the registered game ID. No-shows are not refunded.
5. Results, Prizes & Winnings
- Results are published automatically after the match is completed by our system/admin panel. Podium prizes and per-kill rewards are then credited to winners' wallets.
- Prize distribution is shown on each match (e.g., 1st / 2nd / 3rd). In case of a scoring error, we may correct results within 48 hours.
- Winnings are credited as withdrawable balance. Bonus rewards from daily missions are credited as bonus balance.
6. Deposits (Top-ups)
- Send the exact amount to the official bKash / Nagad number displayed in-app and submit the transaction ID for verification.
- Our team verifies and credits your balance — usually instantly, occasionally within a few hours during high volume.
- Do not send money to any number not shown in the app. We never ask for your bKash/Nagad PIN, password or OTP.
7. Withdrawals
- Request withdrawals to your bKash / Nagad number from the Wallet. Minimum, fees and limits are shown in-app.
- Withdrawals are processed to the number you provide. Ensure it is correct and can receive payments.
- We may require identity or transaction verification before processing. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if fraud, chargebacks or rule violations are detected.
- Abuse of the system, false payment claims, or restricted accounts may have withdrawals blocked.
8. Bonus Balance
- Earned from daily missions and promotions. It can be used to join matches.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn and has no cash value outside the App.
- We may expire or adjust bonus granted by error or abuse.
9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
To keep tournaments fair, you agree not to:
- Cheat, use hacks/mods, team with hackers, or exploit bugs.
- Use emulators, scripts, or automation unless the specific match explicitly allows it.
- Share Room IDs/passwords outside the App, impersonate staff, or harass other players.
- Submit false payment information, attempt chargebacks after receiving credit, or create multiple accounts to farm bonuses.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with our servers, APIs or other users' accounts.
Violations may result in warnings, frozen/banned accounts, forfeited winnings/bonus, and removed leaderboard entries. We log evidence and our decision is final for App-related enforcement.
10. Intellectual Property
BooyahKoro's branding, design, code and content are owned by us or our licensors. Free Fire and related marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its assets without permission.
11. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; maintenance, connectivity or third-party (bKash/Nagad/Google) issues may cause downtime.
- We are not responsible for your game performance, device issues, or internet connectivity during a match.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BooyahKoro's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the total entry fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Profile → settings or contact support). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud/abuse, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends; winnings already credited remain subject to our withdrawal rules and verification.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or policy changes. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
